Returns & Exchanges;
Due to the nature of the products that we retail online we have a very strict return policy. Please ensure that you are fully aware and your return meets all areas of the return policy prior to making contact with us.
La Beauté reserves the right to not accept any return or exchange that it assesses does to not meet the criteria stated below;
- We offer an exchange or full store credit within 3 days from the date your order was received, unfortunately if you are outside this time frame we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- Store credits are valid for 6 months from date of issue and may be used for the purchase of products only, not gift vouchers or services.
- The return of products must be shipped to us at the customers expense. If you received free shipping with your original order this will be deducted from the store credit.
Product item(s) returned must be as follows;
- Products must be returned in re-sellable condition, this includes ALL packaging intact.
- The products must not be used or tested.
- We are unable to accept the return of products that have been custom blended or individualised for the customer or outside the standard ranges we stock.
- The products must not have been purchased using a gift voucher or previous store credit.
- The products must be purchased at full price. Sale or clearance items are not legible for return.

Unable to Supply;
Should we for any reason not be able to supply a product, we will first make contact with you directly, if you do not want an alternative option La Beauté will issue a full refund.
